Returns:
Returns are generally not accepted, except in rare cases after investigation. Items can be returned within 7 days if in original condition and packaging.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are permitted solely for size issues or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please submit a video of the parcel being opened on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. The item must remain in its original condition. After we assess the product and confirm it is in the same condition as when it was sent, additional instructions will be provided through WhatsApp.
Refunds:
Following the completion of the investigation and the delivery of the product to our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
